Since our law firm was established, we offer an apprenticeship for legal assistants (ReNos) every year. Due to the qualified training in our law office, our apprentices have various career opportunities after successfully completing their training. Thus, the field of activity of ReNos is not limited to work in law firms. With their know-how, ReNos are also gladly hired by commercial enterprises, banks and collection agencies.
The training in our law firm is carried out in the lawyer's field with a focus on labour and family law as well as in the notary, so that the trainees are given a comprehensive insight into the different areas of work of a legal assistant. As part of your training, we will provide you with comprehensive knowledge of office organization as well as all the tasks that are needed in a secretariat, in particular file management, the lawyers' and notaries' cost law, the enforcement proceedings as well as communication with clients, courts, authorities and insurances. We provide a structured training plan.
You are welcome to send us an application.
apply onlineThe main focus of our family law department covers all areas of family law. These are, above all, the areas of maintenance (especially child support, spousal support, support for the non-marital mother, parental support), property disputes (especially gain, reclaiming unnamed benefits, disputes concerning real estate), divorce, pension rights, as well as custody and the right of contact with children. In addition, this also includes related fields of law such as tax law, social law or corporate law. We are also active in the field of international family law, so knowledge of English is an advantage.
With us you can gain an insight into how comprehensive a lawyer's activity in the field of family law is. Starting with advice on precautionary marriage contracts prior to marriage to the clarification of the consequences of separation on the occasion of separation/divorce. We always try to reach an amicable solution to the consequences of separation out of court first. If this does not succeed, we represent the interests of our clients in court proceedings to have their interests clarified there.
With us you have the opportunity to pursue a wide range of activities in family law and to receive comprehensive practical training. You will gain a comprehensive insight into the work processes of the law firm and into the profession of a lawyer.
